Can you hear that??

I've been a huge fan of Jasinda and Jack Wilder for quite some time, I loved her stories. The book I love most are BGDIR & BDGIS !!! Why you ask? Well its because of the truth and honesty that Jasinda has shown us in both books, I have watched this woman go through a tremendous weight loss, and her journey to be the healthiest she can be, She cared enough to share it with her readers. What she did and how it worked for her and her family, friends, and a slew of beta testers. Her genuine caring nature is displayed within her books and her group.
I have been following Jasinda's Wilder Way program since May of 2016. Back then I was severely depressed and no motivation to do much of anything, I never thought it was possible to be fit at my age, at 51 years old. I was spiraling into a very dark place in life, I was described as "morbidly obese" by the medical professionals and was hounded over and over again to go on yet one fad diet after another, all failed! My doctor even went as far as giving me the name of a bariatric surgeon, I am petrified of surgery. So that option was out for me. My life was passing me by, And lo and behold, Big Girls Do It Running was in my hands, I made a vow to myself and Jasinda that I was not going to give up. I was going to follow this program. Guess what !!!! 43 weeks into the program and I am proud to say I am a BIG GIRL and I DO IT STRONGER !!!
I started walking slowly just up the street 3 minutes and I am now at over an hour, I have participated in 6 virtual 5ks and I have joined a gym.. I am so addicted to being healthy and being the best I can be.
Thousands of women moving and doing 5ks, 10ks, even half marathons and marathons! Utilizing those treadmills and bikes. We are no longer sitting around, we are taking charge.
Lots of us are getting stronger by the day! All because Jasinda Wilder cared enough to take control of her health and passed her knowledge to 8000 women, men, children & families. You DON'T need to be a "BIG GIRL" to join in. The revolution has begun and it's lot a grip on me and I will not give up. I've gained confidence, I think more clearly, I move more. I focus on the eat to live, not live to eat. I go to the gym. I'm eating real food! I even eat chocolate and I drink wine. Does your plan allow that?

What do you have to lose?

I don't even know where to start. The Wilder Way has given me my life back!
I've been a fan of Jasinda's books and read everything she's written. So when I saw pictures of her incredible weight loss and her book Big Girls Do It Running. I thought what do I have to lose. The "fat" girl inside me said "50 pounds"!
I bought Big Girls Do It Running in both kindle edition and Hardcover. This way I'd always have it with me. I also was part of her 8 week challenge group. The support from Jasinda is amazing. She tirelessly answers questions and shares tips with everyone.
To date I've lost 30 lbs and have kept it off. I went from an XL to a Medium! I have never felt better. I'm active and able to chase my young grandchildren as well as my preschool class without getting out of breath or aches and pains. I've also gone back to my love of yoga.
Now it's not quite a year later. Big Girls Do It Stronger kicks up the Wilder Way a notch. More tips, recipes. Yep, I said recipes! Can't wait to try them.
Have I mentioned my daughter, and two youngest grandchildren and myself are signed up for a 5k Color Run in April? Yep, who would have thought!
Best of all I have learned to love myself. Every inch! The Wilder Way isn't a diet but a way of life.

What an amazing journey with the help of an amazing woman

What an amazing journey with the help of an amazing woman!!!
I am a huge fan of BGDIR and now I am a fan of STRONGER. My friend Maria introduced me to Jasinda Wilder and I was hooked on her writing. Then found out that she was about to release a life changing book, a nonfiction story of her life and struggles and she was sharing with her fan base and the rest of the world. I not only bought the e-reader copy, but I also bought the hard cover. It was a glimpse into my life it felt like. There were so many things that I would go “Oh my, me too!”
After completing the book, joining her Facebook group, I jumped right in with both feet in May of 2016 and I have never looked back. I have learned to eat healthier, move more and love myself. It is a day to day struggle that Jasinda and Jack have helped thousands of people get up and move and enjoy life and not sit back and watch it pass you by.
This 2.0 addition to Big Girls Do It Running is a kick up and I am looking forward to jumping in this one and getting healthier and learning more. Since starting the life changing revolution started by Jasinda, I have lost 52# and I have gone down from a 28 size pant to a 22, a size 4X top to a 2X top, I even lost a shoe size and no longer have to buy a wide shoe. I am no longer on any of the meds I was on when I started this. I don’t get the headaches that I used to get. My joints do not hurt like they used to. I sleep so much better and I am not tired and sluggish throughout the day.
I can play with my grandson, who is 4, and I can plant my garden and actually follow thru with it. This may not seem like a big thing to some people, but I can also shave my legs in the shower. I haven’t been able to do that in I don’t know how long. I can cross my legs and I can get up and move not have to wait for my body to adjust to my weight. I love the new me and I can’t wait to get to an even newer me.
If you are looking for a change; if you are tired and trying all the latest fad diets, just to fail once again, this is where you need to start. It is something that you can work into your everyday life and your family will join in too when they see all the stuff that you can eat. It is not a diet, it is a life change plan that is easy to follow and easy to start. It is healthy and you will feel better than you have ever felt. I never have to say I can’t do that anymore, because guess what? I CAN!! I can do anything that I want to and now I believe it and live it. It is day by day, step by step habit forming happiness. I mean that with everything that I am.
In addition to being a motivating book, it is also full of recipes to help you on your journey! They are amazing and you will see that you can do this too.
